When will the photos be posted?
We will post photos within two weeks from show date.
How do I pay for my pictures?
We accept PayPal on line credit card processing; they have the best and most secure credit card processing on line. If you are not using PAYPAL for payment, the photos that are ordered will be printed and mailed once payment is received.
What about past shows that were posted?
Can I download my pictures?
We do not offer images for download form this site. The images that are posted have been reduced in size for viewing. Digital copies are available for purchase at $40.00 per image. We will provide the digital image in two file types; jpeg and RAW.
Images will be shipped on a cd. All digital images used by the client must contain photo credits by Showpictures.net. Showpictures.net retains ownership and copyright of all images on this site unless posted by approved photographers.
When will I receive my pictures?
We will print and mail your pictures once payment is received. Please allow two weeks for delivery. We use the USPO for all of our shipping and send all photos via First Class which is usually a two day ship time. If you would like expedited shipping please state that request in the notes section on the check out page and we will get you a quote for expedited shipping.
Can I submit photos to sell?
If you would like to post your photos on this web site,look on the left side of the home page under "Sell Your Photos"
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
We will replace defective photos.
